The ingenious design of the Anteater is meant to impersonate the human hand curled in to a half-fist.  The frame of the Anteater had to be solid to mimic bone.  This gives it rigid structure and strength to contend with subluxated vertebrae.  The firm rubber pads then shield the patient from its core.

The Anteater is worn on the doctor's contact hand while performing Anterior adjustments.

Simply slide all 4 fingers inside the shell, palm toward the dog-tag, thumb sticking out.  The rubber pads then rest upon opposite sides of the patient's spine and the stainless steel frame rests on the table.

Adjust as normal.  The beauty of the Anteater is that you do not have to modify in any way the manner in which you personally perform your anterior adjustment.  You can roll the patient back, roll them to the side, or sit them up and lay them back.  We even have doctors that use the Anteater on the wall.
